KTM Bikes UK are looking for a passionate, creative and highly organised Marketing Manager to lead all UK marketing activities for one of the world’s most recognised 2 wheel brands.

Working closely with the global marketing team at KTM Austria, you will ensure the UK market benefits from world-class campaigns while developing and delivering marketing initiatives tailored specifically to UK riders, dealers and media.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes cycling, understands the UK bike industry, and enjoys working across digital marketing, events, communications and brand management.

Key Responsibilities

Global Marketing Coordination

  • Act as the primary marketing contact between KTM Bikes UK and KTM Austria.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of upcoming product launches, marketing campaigns, seasonal activities and brand priorities.
  • Work closely with the Austrian marketing team to understand:
    • Product USPs and technical innovations
    • Launch timelines and embargoes
    • Available creative assets and marketing materials
    • Global campaign objectives
  • Adapt global campaigns for the UK market while maintaining brand consistency.

UK Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Develop and deliver the annual UK marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute UK-specific marketing campaigns to support sales, product launches and dealer activity.
  • Manage the UK marketing calendar across all channels.
  • Coordinate promotional activity throughout the year to maximise brand visibility.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and regularly update the KTM Bikes UK website with new products, news, events and campaigns.
  • Plan and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Produce email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters.
  • Develop customer welcome packs and other branded marketing materials.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance and recommend improvements.

PR & Media Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK cycling journalists, influencers and media.
  • Work closely with the cycling press to secure product reviews, launch coverage, news stories and features.
  • Coordinate media bike loans, press releases and product information.
  • Represent KTM Bikes UK at media launches and industry events.

Events & Brand Activation

  • Plan and deliver UK product launches and demo events.
  • Coordinate KTM’s presence at cycling exhibitions, festivals and trade events.
  • Support dealer demo programmes and consumer engagement activities.
  • Ensure all events reflect KTM’s premium brand image.

Dealer Marketing

  • Support the dealer network with marketing materials, POS, digital assets and campaign guidance.
  • Produce regular dealer communications and newsletters.
  • Work alongside the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that drive retail sales.
  • Help dealers maximise local marketing opportunities and brand visibility.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent use of KTM branding across all communications.
  • Manage marketing assets and maintain an organised image and content library.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify new marketing opportunities within the UK cycling market.

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with exceptional organisation and a genuine passion for cycling.

You will ideally have:

  • Marketing experience, preferably within the cycling, sporting goods or outdoor industries.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
  • Experience managing websites, social media and email marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Experience working with agencies, media and creative partners.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to travel when required.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • A passion for cycling and knowledge of the UK bicycle industry.
  • Experience working with dealer networks.
  • Event management experience.
  • Photography or content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design platforms.
  • Experience using CMS platforms and CRM/email marketing systems.
